Do all paid plans include unlimited company views?
Yes, both the Starter and Pro plan include unlimited company views. You can look up as many companies as you need.
What's the difference between the Starter and Pro plan?
The Starter plan is ideal for individual use with unlimited views. The Pro plan offers extra features like full data history and list exports. Only with a Pro subscription can you purchase additional volume such as extra users.
How does the free version work?
You can create a free account and view up to five company profiles per week. A simple way to try the tool without any commitment.
Can I change my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade to another plan anytime from your settings page.
What data is included in a company profile?
A company profile includes key figures, annual accounts, director information and a Health score. The Pro plan also gives access to full historical data.
Where does the data come from?
From the National Bank of Belgium (annual accounts, fetched every morning at 06:00), the CBE (Crossroads Bank for Enterprises: identity and legal status, daily) and the Belgian Official Gazette (publications). For French companies, from the INPI.
How does team or multi-user access work?
With a Pro subscription, you can purchase additional volume to add extra users to your account. This option is only available for Pro subscribers.
Can I export data?
Yes, the Pro plan allows you to export lists to Excel for use in your CRM or reports.
Does Jaarrekening.be offer an API?
Yes. Every plan includes a monthly API allowance: 10 requests on Free, 500 on Starter and 2,500 on Pro. Need more? You buy requests in packages: 25,000 requests for €2,500, 50,000 for €4,000 or 100,000 for €6,000. Purchased packages never expire.
Can I pay monthly?
Monthly payments are only available for the Pro plan. The Starter plan is available as yearly billing only.
Am I tied to a contract?
No, you can cancel anytime. Your access remains valid until the end of your current period.

Is my subscription renewed automatically?
Yes, unless you cancel. We’ll send you a reminder in advance, and you can cancel easily from your account.

You can pay using Bancontact, credit card, or SEPA direct debit.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, every payment produces a VAT-compliant invoice that you can find under Settings, Invoices.
