Sound familiar?
Screen an SME file without dissecting the annual accounts yourself
For credit analysts, leasing companies and credit insurers assessing Belgian SMEs.
Problem
- Fetching the annual accounts from the National Bank and calculating the ratios yourself, file by file.
- No view of the manager's other mandates or of the group behind the applicant.
- A deterioration at an existing client only surfaces at the annual review.
- Copying company data into your own scoring model by hand.
Solution
- A Health score from 1 to 5 per company, calculated on the last three annual accounts, plus a credit limit suggestion.
- Solvency, liquidity, profitability and debt ratio per financial year, with a comparison against the sector.
- Directors with all their mandates, shareholders and participations on one page.
- Put your portfolio in a watchlist and receive an e-mail every morning when there are new annual accounts, an Official Gazette publication or a director change.
- Retrieve the same data through the API, with a monthly allowance per plan and additional packages.
HEALTH SCORE
One score per company, calculation included
Every Belgian company with filed annual accounts receives a Health score from 1 to 5, calculated on the last three financial years: solvency weighs 40%, liquidity 30% and profitability 30%. Alongside it, a credit limit suggestion based on financial capacity.
- Health score
- From 1 to 5, on the last three annual accounts. You see which ratios determine the score.
- Credit limit suggestion
- An indicative amount based on equity, liquidity and result, as a starting point for your own decision.
- Signals
- Negative equity, loss-making years, weak liquidity, high debt ratio or high social security debts are listed separately.

Frequently asked questions
Is there an API?
Yes. Through the REST API you retrieve company data, annual account figures, ratios and the Health score as JSON, for integration into your own scoring or CRM. Every plan includes a monthly number of requests; if you need more, you buy additional packages. More about the API and pricing.
How is the Health score calculated?
The Health score runs from 1 to 5 and is calculated on the last three filed annual accounts. Solvency weighs 40%, liquidity 30% and profitability 30%. On the company profile you see which ratios determine the score. The score is a starting point for your analysis, not credit advice.
Which sources do you use?
Annual accounts come from the Central Balance Sheet Office of the National Bank of Belgium, company data and legal status from the CBE (Crossroads Bank for Enterprises), and publications from the Belgian Official Gazette. We process the National Bank's new extract every morning and synchronise with the CBE daily.
